Shipping and Returns
- Please allow 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) to ship your order.
- To insure a package, or add signature confirmation, please contact us as soon as you place your order with your order number and we will add it for you. An additional cost may apply.
- By ordering from us, you agree not to hold TempTech responsible for any packages lost or damaged during transit.
- If, for any reason, you aren't completely satisfied with our product, return it within 7 days of receiving it for a refund. If the product shows any signs of wear/use, the return can be refused or a 20% restocking fee applied. Shipping fees are not refundable. Warranty
- TempTech’s are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. Proof of purchase is required. Damage from misuse or abuse is not covered under the warranty. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will repair the unit and ship it back to you. If it cannot be repaired, we will replace it.

- We reserve the right to refuse all warranty claims that cannot be substantiated as falling under the terms of this warranty statement.
